Mag-ingat po tayo sa mga illegal recruiters na naglipana sa social media at ibang online platforms!
Narito ang limang paalala upang hindi mabiktima ng illegal recruitment at human trafficking:
1. Mag-ingat sa too good to be true na job offers o mga alok na sobrang taas na suweldo at benepisyo. Magtanong sa DMW kung may pag-aalinlangan sa alok na trabaho.
2. Iwasan ang mga job offers na natatanggap sa email at mga advertisement sa social media lalo na yung mga humihingi agad ng pera.
3. Mag-apply lamang sa mga opisina ng mga licensed recruitment agencies na may aprubadong job order mula sa DMW.
4. Tiyaking hindi hihigit sa isang buwang suweldo ang placement fee. Palaging manghingi ng official receipt sa anumang babayaran.
5. Siguraduhing work visa o work permit ang hawak bago magtrabaho abroad. (Hindi student, tourist, o visit visa).
Ugalin na i-verify muna sa Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) kung lisensyado ang agency at mga agents nito upang matiyak kung totoo ang pangakong trabaho abroad.

Maaari niyo ding i-check ang mga approved job orders (per country, per position, or per agency) sa link na ito: dmw.gov.ph/approved-job-orders
