Loreto B. Soriano is the founder and driving force of the Corporation. In the late 1980's after having worked five (5) years in Saudi Arabia he realized the opportunities that the then fledgling industry offered. Lito, as he is known by his associates, climbed up through the industry before establishing his own successful recruitment enterprises based in Manila.
20+ years later Mr. Soriano's experience and ideas have contributed greatly in setting policy directions for the overseas employment development strategies and government programs. During this period he was also elected the President of two (2) of the biggest associations of licensed recruitment agencies in the Philippines: the Philippine Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI) and the Philippine Association of Manpower Agencies Accredited to taiwan (PAMAAT).
His expertise and analytical perception of the overseas employment industry makes him one of the most sought after consultants and advisers to the Government on manpower and recruitment industry matters. His counsel is constantly sought by his peers on the issues affecting the industry stakeholders. He continues to interface directly with LBS's global clients.
Vice President Operations
Lot is responsible for the Philippine operations including the searching, recruitment, pooling and processing of candidates for all occupations except Medical Staff. A graduate of Business Management, he entered the company after College and like his Father worked his way through the various positions gradually taking over the local management.
Today having gained invaluable insights into the industry, he has developed a keen appreciation of what is required to interface with employers and applicants and create the best possible outcomes for both.
Lot also oversees the administrative functions of the different divisions.
Vice President - Special Projects, Construction
Ezek Alunen is one of the most knowledgeable and well-respected individuals in the field of overseas employment in the Philippines through his considerable experience both in government and the private sectors. For three successive terms (6) years, Mr. Alunen was a member of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration's Governing Board, having been appointed to the position by three Philippine Presidents.
He has acted as a consultant to a number of Recruitment Agencies and remains an adviser to several agency principals.
Mr. Alunen was responsible for the largest deployment of Filipino workers overseas for the French Company, Dumez for whom he managed 16,000 employees.
MSD Senior Nurse Consultant
A Registered Nurse, Alma has spent 12 years in various senior nursing roles in the major Saudi hospitals eventually rising to Asst. Director of Nursing in her last placement there. She is the recipient of awards recognizing her contributions as a Nurse Manager.
On returning to the Philippines in 2001, Alma became the Nurse Consultant and Chief Nurse Officer of a major American Company providing review classes for TOEFL, TSE, IELTS, CGFNS and NCLEX examinations.
Significantly the center boasted of a 98% passing rate record for its applicants. She also became the visiting consultant for Magsaysay Global Health Services, which is a subsidiary of the largest global seafarers manning agency in the world.
