✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
✔ Graduate of a recognized sterile services training program or Diploma degree in CSSD or any related field
✔ Valid license as a Nurse
✔ Valid certificate/license in sterile processing (HSPA, CRCST or Diploma in CSSD)
✔ One (1) year experience in CSSD Department of an acute care hospital, which includes the operation and monitoring of sterilizers and the preparation of surgical trays.
✔ One (1) year recent clinical nursing experience as a Registered Nurse Specialized Knowledge.
✔ Technical knowledge of CSSD equipment.
✔ Good knowledge of Operating Room surgical instrumentation.
✔ Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) systems.
